Service Description

This is a 2 hour party. Party guests ( 5 toddlers including birthday child) will receive 8 x 10 inch canvas and tempera paint to paint all over canvases. Designs can be placed on the canvases or blank canvases for the guests to paint. We will place a large painter mat on the floor and allow the kiddos to go and have a great time with all the paint and the canvases. There are tables and chairs for parents and grandparents to sit at and enjoy watching the children paint and play. (However, nothing is stopping them from joining in on all the fun!) All the fun with none of the clean up! Feel Free to bring all your drinks and your cake and party accessories and we'll jazz up the place. (Each additional painter adult or child with the canvas is another $20) Party Policies & Payment Terms Final Headcount & Billing All parties are billed based on the total number of participants present at the event. Final headcount is determined by Rare Bird Art Studio staff at the time of the party. To ensure accuracy, events may be documented with photos for internal use, including confirming attendance and participation. By booking a party, you agree to this policy. Additional Guests Party packages include a set number of participants. Any additional guests attending beyond the included amount will be charged at a rate of $35 per person and added to the final balance. (For Toddler Parties Only $20 per person) Gratuity (Tips) Gratuity is optional but appreciated. Any tip selected and processed at the time of payment is considered final and non-refundable. Receipts Receipts are always offered at the conclusion of the party and will reflect the final charged amount. If a receipt is not requested at that time, it will be kept on file and can be provided upon request at a later date. Refunds & Adjustments Once a party has been completed, charges reflect the services provided and the number of participants in attendance. Refunds or adjustments are not issued based on disputed headcounts after the event. Payment Acknowledgment By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all final charges, including participant count and any gratuity selected at checkout.
