Adult Paint Party / Staff Team Building

Service Description

Private Paint Parties at Rare Bird Art Studio Celebrate with a 2.5-hour paint party made just for your group! Choose from our selection of pre-painted designs, or ask me to create a custom design for your event. Each painter will leave with their own 12 × 16-inch canvas painting. Private parties are $400 for up to 10 painters. Additional painters are $40 each. You’re welcome to book a smaller group; the $400 party price still applies. Bring your favorite drinks, cake, and party accessories. We’ll set up the painting space, add festive touches, guide your group through the painting, and take care of cleanup. Party Policies & Payment Terms Final headcount and billing Your party includes up to 10 painters. Rare Bird Art Studio staff will confirm the number of people who participate at the event. Each painter beyond the first 10 adds $40 to the final balance. Event photos may be used internally to help confirm attendance and participation. Gratuity Tips are optional and appreciated. Any gratuity selected and processed at checkout is final and non-refundable. Receipts We’ll offer a receipt at the end of your party showing the final amount charged. If you need a copy later, we can provide one upon request. Refunds and adjustments Once the party is complete, charges reflect the services provided and the number of painters who participated. We do not issue refunds or adjustments for headcount disputes raised after the event. Payment acknowledgment By submitting payment, you agree to the final charges, including any additional painters and any gratuity you select at checkout.
